The masterplan competition occupies a unique site in the city Copenhagen at the former Svanemøllen Barracks. The site, with great potential, will be urbanized with a mixed use. 

Our proposal introduces a new blue green hart creating a lush inner, and an outer climate building wreath as masterplan for the former Barracks. The variety of park, gardens and courtyards will preserve all the areas beautiful grand trees.

The goal is to maximize urban and architectural diversity as well as spatial flexibility, and the realization of a pedestrian-friendly path through the site. Bringing social access and life to the inner public park.
