We want to make a statement and a contribution to the debate on how and why Gothenburg should expand upon nodes.

When we talk about saturating nodes, we essentially refer to a strategy that enables marketplaces to obtain liquidity in an efficient manner. But the size and, far more importantly, nature of a single node can be defined by demographic, geographic, or socio-economic variables.

Our study points therefore out a Node saturation as a way to identify and trigger network effects and viral growth, to a more sustainable urban developing. Understanding how to open, establish links and interactions, as well as shape an active part to the city life and city’s development.
