The masterplan takes inspiration from the historical city, with a mayor attractive Boulevard, like in Paris or Berlin. Beyond this urban element and the new development, we introduce more intimate and green plazas and yards.

The centerpiece of the masterplan is this  “axis”, reintroducing a structure to mark the “city gate” in a way that invite and present Pedagogen, instead of separating it from the city.

We propose that Pedagogen Park is largely organized after the conception of the “ideal city”, and grow along the Boulevard, divided by densely packed blocks, but like a “green city” with a lot of green elements in spaces, parks and sourounding forests.
