We have proposed a “new kind of skyscraper” for a 32 stores office building in a circular shape. The striking tower is tall but also human in scale, urban but also green. Sited next to the waterfront, and close to a public park, The tower unleashes the green potential of its surroundings.

Our design allows everyday life to permeate around the tower, by extending the street both through the building and over it, via a network of stairs and escalators. Connecting the building with its surroundings, by open up to the city with a playful and decorative space, and to the park and the upper level with attractive spaces to sit, eat and rest. The complex becomes not just a destination, but also a pathway, a real piece of the city full of life and energy.
