Haninges´s new housing area in southern Stockholm offer the best for an active life in a beautiful scenic landscape.

The site Kolartorp is fantastic, it’s close to the archipelago, placed in a pastoral forest, with an astonish view over the surrounding landscape. Here on a rocky peak with old large pine trees, Holistiska Hem builds a group of twin houses. 

Planning the site, our aim was to preserve the atmosphere of nature and bring it into the houses living room. Furthermore, design elements like wooden terraces and small paths on the hill with a minimum of impact on the environment.
